HiveSourced Group Practice Websites
A group practice website has to help visitors pick the right clinician, rank for every location and specialty, and show where each therapist can practice. HiveSourced designs custom WordPress websites for group practices that do all three, with team pages, location pages and a multi-state telehealth structure built in from launch.
Most group practices start with the founder's original site and add clinicians to an "Our Team" page. That works until the team grows. Then a few problems show up.
A wall of headshots doesn't tell a parent which clinician sees teens, or which one takes evening telehealth sessions.
If anxiety, trauma, couples work and EMDR all live on one services page, none of them has a real chance in search.
A second office or clinicians licensed in a new state do nothing for you online if the site has no page for them.
Without routing, your intake coordinator sorts every request by hand.
Every HiveSourced website includes our full core service. Group practice sites then add the team, location and telehealth structure described further down this page.
Custom design, mapped out in Figma
Three homepage style options, then every page type designed before development, with unlimited revisions during the design phase.
Professional copywriting
Written from a structured intake about your clients and the language they use.
On-page SEO and schema
Titles, descriptions, heading structure, schema markup and Search Console setup from day one.
Mobile-first, responsive build
Every page is designed for phones first, then for tablets and desktops.
Training video and Slack updates
A training video for your team, plus a dedicated Slack channel with updates every Tuesday and Friday during the build.
A group practice needs more structure than a solo site. Here is what we build so every clinician, office and state you serve can be found, and every visitor can find the right person to talk to.
The team page is where people decide who to talk to about something personal. Every clinician gets a full profile that answers the questions clients actually have.
Instead of a wall of headshots, visitors narrow things down, so a parent looking for a teen anxiety specialist doesn't have to read ten bios.
Each office gets its own page, written for that location, not copied from a template with the city name swapped.
According to the HHS telehealth licensure guidance, a telehealth session takes place where the client is located. Your site shows which clinicians can see clients in which states.
Anxiety, trauma, couples work and EMDR each get their own page, so each service has its own chance to show up in search.
Group practices add clinicians, offices and states over time. The site is structured so that growth is an update, not a rebuild.
We learn about your clinicians, locations, specialties, ideal clients and the states you serve.
1 to 2 weeks. You pick a homepage direction before anything is built.
1 to 3 weeks, with unlimited revisions until you're happy.
About 1 week. WordPress build, analytics, Search Console and team training.
Most projects launch within 3 to 6 weeks of kickoff.
Trauma Recovery Services of Arizona grew from a 4-person practice to 8+ clinicians in one year after their HiveSourced website launched, and now gets 30+ inquiries per month with a waitlist. See more in our portfolio.

How is a group practice website different from a solo therapist website?
A solo site sells one clinician. A group practice site has to help each visitor find the right clinician among several, show which locations and states each one serves, and rank for every specialty the team offers. That means team pages, location pages and a clear structure for multi-state telehealth, on top of everything a solo site needs.
Can the website show which states each therapist can see clients in?
Yes. Each clinician page lists their license states and whether they offer telehealth, in-person sessions or both. Telehealth sessions generally count as taking place where the client is located, so this detail matters. Your clinicians stay responsible for confirming their own licensure with their state boards.
How long does a group practice website take to build?
Most projects launch within 3 to 6 weeks of kickoff: about 1 to 2 weeks for three homepage style options, 1 to 3 weeks for the full design with revisions, and about 1 week for development, SEO setup and launch. Larger teams with many specialty pages can take longer.
How much does a group practice website cost?
Custom websites start from $2,000. The final price depends on the number of clinicians, locations and specialty pages. Current packages are on our pricing page, and we confirm a fixed quote after an intro call.
Is the contact form HIPAA compliant?
Every build includes a HIPAA-compliant contact form that routes inquiries through encrypted channels. HiveSourced doesn't store or process protected health information. Your practice stays responsible for its own intake and storage workflows, and we help you connect a HIPAA-compliant email system.
Is every group practice site custom designed?
Yes. Every group practice site is designed in Figma first and then built on WordPress for your practice. You get three homepage style variations before the full design starts.
Can you handle SEO after launch?
Yes. On-page SEO is part of every build. For ongoing growth, our Monthly SEO and Content Growth Plan is $500 per month and includes location-based service pages, blog posts, Google Business Profile management and a monthly performance report.
